Within the 17-acre Founders Park, residents can take advantage of the many offerings of the Activity Center. This 10,600-square-foot community center features indoor and outdoor space, including a dynamic, 5,100-square-foot modern fitness center along with an outdoor lawn for fitness and events and a yoga lawn. Founders Park also boasts a resort-style pool center which includes a dedicated fitness pool with lap lanes along with a zero-entry leisure pool, a lazy river, and a sprayground for children. Additionally, Founders Park is home to four tennis courts and a dog park that includes an area specially dedicated to smaller dogs.
The popular Wellbeats fitness system is available at no cost to all residents of The Woodlands Hills. Wellbeats presents on-demand fitness, health, and nutrition classes, ranging from yoga and meditation to healthy cooking and weight training.
Immersed in nature, The Woodlands Hills has many inter-connected walking paths and hiking trails to enjoy, as well as uniquely themed parks that offer whimsical and explorative activity or a setting for a moment of centered, peaceful tranquility. There will eventually be 20 parks within the community.
The Woodlands Hills is also home to dedicated bike lanes along major thoroughfares of the community.
Be sure to check out the monthly “Fitness For A Cause” events. The Woodlands Hills chooses a local non-profit charitable organization each year to benefit from the $10 class fees. Classes range from water aerobics to outdoor yoga on the Fitness Lawn.
