I love that this community is designed with the family in mind. Everything about this wholesome community is a dream, and it checks off so many of the “wants” from our house-hunting list.
The Woodlands Hills will have 20 neighborhood parks (great for all your play dates, and the kids will never get bored). They will also have trails for hiking and biking, along with bike lanes along the major collectors.
The activity center will also have a resort pool and a fitness pool, a park, tennis courts, and a dog park. Talk about a great place to host parties and more!
My favorite part of the community is that The Woodlands Hills development strives to preserve as many trees as possible. Every home has a forested buffer of 7 feet of trees between each house so that when you open your back door, it will feel natural and private!
The Woodlands Hills is now selling homes from the $240s to $500s. From prestige single-story homes to two-story homes, you can find your dream home in The Woodlands Hills.
