With the opening of its latest decorated single-family model, Century Communities complements the Chesmar Homes model, which opened in April.

A Grand Opening Celebration for The Woodlands Hills is planned for July 2018. The Woodlands Hills will ultimately include more than 4,500 residences.
Located in Conroe, just west of I-45 off FM 830, The Woodlands Hills is a new master planned community set amidst a 2,000-acre gently rolling terrain.
