The Howard Hughes Corporationhas been recognized with three marketing awards for The Woodlands Hills from both the 2020 MarCom Awards and the 2020 Communicator Awards. Developed by The Howard Hughes Corporation, The Woodlands Hills is a newer master planned community in Conroe and Willis, located 13 miles north of The Woodlands.
The Howard Hughes Corporation was recently recognized with a gold award in the 2020 MarCom Awards competition for the Integrated Marketing category for strategically promoting the Lucy & Gus Dauzat Dog Park Dedication in The Woodlands Hills in 2019. In addition to a dog park opening special event, attended by neighbors and dozens of four-legged friends, a combination of invitations, publicity, social media and logo pet promotional giveaways rounded out the campaign.
Earlier this year, the Lucy & Gus Dog Park Dedication also won an Award of Distinction in the 2020 Communicator Awards in the Promotional category for Integrated Campaign.
The Howard Hughes Corporation donated the naming rights of the dog park in a charitable bid donation, which benefited the Montgomery County Community Foundation.
Also, The Howard Hughes Corporation won an Award of Distinction in the 2020 Communicator Awards for its National Good Neighbor Day promotional campaign for The Woodlands Hills. Held in the fall of 2019, the second annual National Good Neighbor Day was a multi-media campaign which asked residents to nominate a “good neighbor” in Montgomery County for a chance for them to be rewarded for the value they add to the community.
“We are extremely proud for The Woodlands Hills to be recognized by these two prestigious marketing communications awards,” said Heath Melton, Executive Vice President of MPC, Residential for The Howard Hughes Corporation. “The amenities and the neighborly spirit at The Woodlands Hills shine through and convey the qualities of our wholesome community.”
