* This offer is available only to buyers signing a sales contract between 3/1/2019 and 4/30/2019 for a new home built by one of The Woodlands Hills participating builders. The offer may provide up to $7,500 off the price of the home, design center upgrades or closing costs on eligible purchases. The actual incentive may vary by builder. Participating builders include: Chesmar Homes, Century Communities, Gehan Homes, Highland Homes, K.Hovnanian® Homes, Ravenna Homes and Westin Homes. Offer is comprised of a homebuyer incentive of varying amounts based on the lot size of qualifying homes on the following lot sizes: qualifying homes on lots that are 50’ will receive $2,500; qualifying homes on lots that are 55’ will receive $5,000; and qualifying homes on lots that are 65’ or 75’ will receive $7,500.
