This giveaway is sponsored by Howard Hughes Communities (“Sponsor”). Sponsor is holding a giveaway at The Woodlands Hills Welcome Center located at 1460 North Teralyn Hills Drive, Willis, Texas 77433 on November 7, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (the “Event”). Entry is open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and agents of Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and the immediate family members and members of the same household of each, are not eligible. Entries will be accepted only during the Event, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the Event date. To enter the giveaway drawing, visit the Welcome Tent at the Event and complete a registration card. Incomplete registration cards will not be considered eligible for entry. Sponsor will not share participant information, except as required by applicable law or as necessary to administer the giveaway. Limit one (1) entry per family. One (1) prize will be awarded at the Event: a $2,500.00 Visa gift card. Total retail value of prize: $2,500.00. The prize is not transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Event. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received at the Event. The prize drawing will be conducted on November 9, 2026, at The Woodlands Hills Welcome Center located at 1460 North Teralyn Hills Drive, Willis, Texas 77433. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided on the registration card. To claim the prize, the winner must, within thirty (30) days of the notification date, visit The Woodlands Hills Welcome Center, located at 1460 North Teralyn Hills Drive, Willis, Texas 77433, to present a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license), complete an IRS Form W-9, and sign for receipt of the gift card. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, is found ineligible, or does not claim the prize within thirty (30) days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random. All federal, state, and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. As required by applicable law, the winner must complete an IRS Form W-9, and Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 reporting the prize. By entering, each entrant releases Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any loss, harm, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper conduct of the giveaway.
