- $10,000 in incentives is offered for new homes on homesites, sized from 65-75 feet.
- $7,500 in incentives is offered for new homes on homesites, sized from 50-55-feet.
- $5,000 in incentives is offered for new homes on homesites, sized from 40-45-feet.
