Wellness Wednesdays for our Schools

We’re excited to bring Wellness Wednesdays to Brabham Middle School and Meador Elementary School in Conroe. Once a month, we bring a new fitness or healthy activity into the schools to help promote a community of wellness. Our past Wellness Wednesdays introduced kids (and teachers!) to CrossFit, heart-healthy tips from the American Heart Association and even healthy holiday baking from an award-winning chef to show them various ways to keep a healthy lifestyle and teach them that being healthy can be fun.

There you have it! With this list, you’ll find it’s easy to focus on your health when you live in The Woodlands Hills. The best part of being a member of our wholesome community is that you’re surrounded by people who share the same dedication to health and wellness that you do. We wish you the best on your healthy goals this new year!
