Pre-Selling Begins for Chateau Collection of Detached Villa Homes
Chesmar Homes is premiering a unique new homestyle in The Woodlands Hills with their collection of freestanding villa-style homes, complementing their current portfolio of new homes on 50’ homesites. Nestled within The Woodlands Hills, the Chateau Collection offers one- and two-story villas, the first homestyle of its kind in the Greater Houston area.
Developed by The Howard Hughes Corporation, The Woodlands Hills is one of Houston’s newest master planned communities, located 13 miles north of The Woodlands in Conroe and Willis.
The Chateau Collection by Chesmar Homes offers freestanding villas set on individual homesites. Each of the four floorplans feature three bedrooms, two-car garages, covered patios and range in size from 1,628 to 1,901 square feet. A beautifully decorated and fully furnished model of the two-story Chantilly floorplan is set to open in October at 310 Bonica Terrace Court in The Woodlands Hills.
The one-story Tanlay plan offers a utility room with a separate area for “catch all” items that is accessible from the garage as well as from the primary bath and its walk-in closet. The plan also offers the option of designating the third bedroom as a study.
All two-story plans include a powder half-bath and flex rooms. The Cheverny and the Chantilly two-story plans offer Jack-and-Jill access to the secondary bath from two bedrooms and a covered patio off the casual dining and kitchen area downstairs. The Margaux plan is a split-level design with a covered second-story balcony set off the casual dining and kitchen area, along with a covered patio downstairs off the flex room. The Versailles is the largest plan and features the primary bedroom downstairs near the covered patio and includes a game room upstairs with a storage closet.
