The Woodlands Hills® is the first community in Conroe and Willis to offer dedicated bike lanes on major thoroughfares in the neighborly community development. The Woodlands Hills is one of Houston’s newest master planned communities, located 13 miles north of The Woodlands® in the Houston metropolitan area.
The established bike lanes are a major milestone in the progress of new amenities including the highly-anticipated Activity Center, set to open this spring. The Woodlands Hills will continue to add lanes throughout the neighborhood connector roads as future development unfolds.

The forested community of The Woodlands Hills will eventually feature approximately 112 acres of open, natural space and 20 neighborhood parks including the 17-acre Founders Park. Highlighting the recreational opportunities is an Activity Center with a state-of-the-art fitness center and space for community events, which is set for completion in spring 2019. An interactive pool with a lazy river and a fitness pool are slated to be finished just in time for splashy summertime fun.
