In our ever-evolving world, Howard Hughes is committed to a thriving and sustainable community filled with green space, trails, and parks – all discovered in The Woodlands Hills.  A hidden-gem community located 13 miles north of The Woodlands in Conroe and Willis, The Woodlands Hills provides a multitude of opportunities for residents to embrace their health and wellbeing, increase environmental awareness, and ultimately build strong community relationships with their neighbors.

The Woodlands Hills offers many inter-connected walking paths, hiking trails, and bike lanes on major roads paving the way for serene evening walks, calorie-torching workouts, or a setting for a moment of centered, peaceful tranquility.

The neighborhood trails also provide a safe, out-of-the-way, route for children to get to school as they connect to the adjacent Meader Elementary and Brabham Middle Schools. In celebration of National Walk and Bike to School Day, Howard Hughes will encourage students to walk to school with treats, photos and a special guest appearance by lovable mascot, Puffy Pine Cone.  This is just one of the many ways The Woodlands Hills makes an effort to highlight its gorgeous trails as a favorite amenity.

There are also several parks in The Woodlands Hills including the award-winning Founders Park, Dr. Tim Harkrider Park, Sue Luce’s Daisy Park, Rick and Roz Dauzat Peace Park, Coach Les Peacock Park, Teralyn Woods Park and Lucy and Gus Dauzat Dog Park. The community is anticipated to feature 20 neighborhood parks within its 112 acres of open space.

Come out and visit The Woodlands Hills and see for yourself what makes it a stunning community that offers a refreshing perspective on the significance of connecting with nature.
