The Woodlands Hills marks the fifth year of its award-winning community. Spanning 2,000 forested acres, this award-winning nature-laced community has abundant health and wellness-inspired amenities and a wholesome neighborhood feel that fosters connectivity with neighbors.

If you haven’t heard, here are five facts to get to know The Woodlands Hills better:

#1)  The Activity Center

As the focal point of The Woodlands Hills, the Activity Center is situated within the acclaimed 17-acre Founders Park. Designed with architecturally stunning modern elements, the 10,600-square-foot Activity Center includes 5,500 square feet of indoor/outdoor event space and a 5,100-square-foot state-of-the-art fitness center and an events lawn and a yoga lawn. The living room area can be expanded through an overhead bi-fold door that lifts to the outside. A demonstration kitchen lends itself to hosting many group activities for residents to enjoy.

#2)  Six Parks and a Dog Park

The Woodlands Hills will eventually feature 20 parks. Today, it features six parks as well as a dog park, each uniquely themed and masterfully designed and just a short walking distance from neighborhoods. At the heart of The Woodlands Hills is the award-winning Founders Park, which is home to the Activity Center. It also features a resort-style pool, fitness pool, a lazy river, and a sprayground, as well as an innovative playground, tennis courts and a dog park.

As part of the many amenities inspiring health and wellness in The Woodlands Hills, each park embraces the surrounding natural beauty and fosters opportunities for residents to enjoy with their neighbors, friends, family, and furry friends.

Several parks have raised money for local nonprofits through auctions of the naming rights of the parks donated by The Howard Hughes Corporation. The auction bids have raised nearly $25,000 combined to benefit the Willis ISD Education Foundation and the Montgomery County Community Foundation.

These parks offer an opportunity to nourish your mind, body, and soul among the natural, fresh outdoors at any stage of life.

#3)  Dedicated Bike Lanes

The Woodlands Hills is the first  master planned community in Montgomery County to include dedicated bike lanes on connected major thoroughfares throughout its community. The lanes offer biking enthusiasts peace of mind as they cycle along a beautiful and peaceful nature-laced setting.
