A groundbreaking ceremony is anticipated in 2023.

“We are always looking for communities that are developing and growing their amenities, and we recognized The Woodlands Hills as an ideal place for a new church. By establishing a new congregation in this growing community, we have an opportunity to expand our outreach,” said Dr. Jeff Olive, Central North District Superintendent, Texas Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, which includes over 600 churches. “The goal is to be an integral part of the live, play, learn, and worship component of emerging master planned communities such as The Woodlands Hills.
