Approximately 500 guests turned out on Saturday, November 14 for the second annual Harvest In The Hills model home tour with fun outdoor activities at The Woodlands Hills which began at the Activity Center in Founders Park. As one of Houston’s newest master planned communities, The Woodlands Hills is located 13 miles north of The Woodlands  in Conroe and Willis and is developed by The Howard Hughes Corporation.

With social distancing and CDC safety protocols, guests strolled through 12 fully-decorated model homes, plus an informational vignette for a 13th model home under development, showcasing the offerings of the local and national homebuilders in The Woodlands Hills which include Century Communities, Chesmar Homes, David Weekley Homes, Gehan Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes and Westin Homes. These quality builders offer one- and two-story single-family homes and patio residences, set on a variety of lot sizes including the low-maintenance 40-, 45- and 50-foot homesites, 65-foot sites and spacious 75-foot homesites. Homes are priced from the $230s to more than $500s.

“Our second annual Harvest In The Hills model home tour was an outstanding success,” said Heath Melton, Executive Vice President, MPC Residential for The Howard Hughes Corporation. “This event provided a unique opportunity to showcase new and existing model homes along with our Activity Center in The Woodlands Hills. We are thankful to have hosted another fun fall home tour for neighbors and guests to enjoy in the beautiful nature-laced setting of The Woodlands Hills.”

With health and wellness, a top priority, the forested community of The Woodlands Hills will eventually feature approximately 112 acres of open space including 20 neighborhood parks. The 17-acre, award-winning Founders Park and the newly-opened Sue Luce’s Daisy Park and Rick and Roz Dauzat Peace Park are among the amenities in The Woodlands Hills.

The Woodlands Hills is the only master planned community in Montgomery County to feature dedicated bike lanes on major connectors throughout. The Activity Center at Founders Park in The Woodlands Hills is located at 1460 N. Teralyn Hills Drive in Conroe.
