On Saturday, November 6, the weather was absolutely perfect as visitors and residents turned out to enjoy the 3rd annual “Harvest In The Hills” model home tour and fall festival in The Woodlands Hills.
Live music filled the air as attendees migrated from the Activity Center to tour the 12 beautifully-decorated model homes. The Woodlands Hills offers new homes by eight local and national homebuilders which include Century Communities, Chesmar Homes, David Weekley Homes, Gehan Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes and Westin Homes. These quality builders offer one-, one-and-a-half- and two-story single-family homes, set on a variety of lot sizes including 40-, 45- and 50-foot homesites, 65-foot sites and spacious 75-foot homesites. Homes are priced from the upper $200s.
Participants enjoyed food trucks, kettle corn, children’s crafts, a pumpkin patch, an inflatable corn maze, balloon artists, as well as an interactive bubbles station.
Highlighting the festival was a series of dog trick performances presented by the nationally-acclaimed Chrissy Joey & the Joy Crew and the Bone-A-Fied Dog Troupe, featuring fidos of all breeds and sizes which whimsically entertained folks of all ages.
Those who toured each of the 12 model homes were eligible to enter a drawing to win either a pair of Mongoose bicycles with helmets, a pair of kayaks, or a camping tent with a quality rolling cooler. Each of the prizes reinforced health and wellness, which is prevalent in the amenities at The Woodlands Hills.

- April Papka from The Woodlands Hills won the camping tent with a rolling cooler
