The Woodlands Hillsdeveloped by The Howard Hughes Corporation ranked as #20 among the list of top master planned communities in the Greater Houston area in 2021, after opening just three-and-a-half years ago. The ranking was compiled by Zonda, a housing market research and real estate analytics firm.
The Woodlands Hills finished 2021 with 327 net new home sales, a 150% increase over 2020. The accelerated market demand is due to buyers’ top reasons for selecting The Woodlands Hills: the community’s location, amenities that focus on health and wellness, a quality lifestyle that seamlessly integrates with the beauty of its natural forest, innovative home designs, renowned builders and attainable home prices. Also, in 2021, The Woodlands Hills earned the recognition of Quality Planned Development™ by the West Houston Association and North Houston Association.
“We are extremely proud of The Woodlands Hills landing a top spot on this prestigious list in the Greater Houston area,” noted Heath Melton, a Regional President of The Howard Hughes Corporation. “Ranking this high among a list of 50 other top selling master planned communities in such a relatively short amount of time is remarkable and surpasses our expectations. The Woodlands Hills continues to thrive and gain popularity with its attractive amenities and a great location that is surrounded by nature.” Quality-built and designed homes are presented by eight local and national homebuilders in The Woodlands Hills, which include Century Communities, Chesmar Homes, David Weekley Homes, Gehan Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes and Westin Homes.
