Free family-friendly outdoor activities from 10 AM -3 PM including tours of beautifully decorated model homes by eight quality homebuilders
The Woodlands Hills will host its third annual “Harvest In The Hills” model home tour and fall festival on Saturday, November 6. Beginning at the Activity Center in Founders Park, the festival is free and open to the public from 10 AM to 3 PM. One of Houston’s newer master planned communities, The Woodlands Hills, developed by The Howard Hughes Corporation, is located 13 miles north of The Woodlands® in Conroe and Willis.
As part of Harvest in The Hills, guests are invited to visit the 12 fully decorated model homes presented by eight local and national homebuilders in The Woodlands Hills, which include Century Communities, Chesmar Homes, David Weekley Homes, Gehan Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes and Westin Homes. These quality builders offer one-, one-and-a-half- and two-story single-family homes, set on a variety of lot sizes including 40-, 45- and 50-foot homesites, 65-foot sites and spacious 75-foot homesites. Homes are priced from the upper $200s.
Harvest in The Hills will also offer fun outdoor activities to enjoy including stunt dog acts presented by world-acclaimed Kyra Sundance and Chrissy Joy & the Joy Crew, an inflatable corn maze, photo opportunities at a festive fall patch, balloon artists, street performers, a vintage car show, cooking demonstrations, food, refreshments and desserts, live music and prizes—all with social distancing in mind and CDC guidelines in place.
When touring all 12 models, guests will be entered in a random drawing, no purchase is necessary, for exciting prizes including a pair of Mongoose bicycles with helmets, a pair of kayaks and a camping tent with a quality rolling cooler.
“As the fall season approaches, we are excited to host our third annual Harvest in The Hills in The Woodlands Hills,” said Heath Melton, Executive Vice President, MPC Residential for The Howard Hughes Corporation. “This popular event is a great opportunity for us to bring the community together, showcase the quality products that our group of builders has to offer while presenting fun activities for families of all ages. We encourage the community to come out and celebrate with us on Saturday, November 6.”
Surrounded by a forest of towering pine trees and an abundance of nature, The Woodlands Hills offers unlimited access to health and wellness-inspired amenities and will eventually feature approximately 112 acres of open space. The award-winning 17-acre Founders Park is highlighted by an Activity Center with indoor and outdoor space, a state-of-the-art fitness center and an events lawn. Founders Park features leisure and fitness pools, a lazy river, diving tower, sprayground, and an innovative playground. A pedestrian bridge over the natural stream connects the dog park and tennis courts to the Activity Center. Nature trails connect to the park and are spread throughout the gently rolling terrain of the community.
The Woodlands Hills is the only master planned community in Montgomery County to feature dedicated bike lanes on major connectors throughout.
Harvest in The Hills begins at the Activity Center at Founders Park in The Woodlands Hills, located at 1460 N. Teralyn Hills Drive in Conroe.
