Special Incentive Available Now Through the End of November for Quality Built, Beautifully Designed Single-Family Homes

It’s a great time to fall in love with The Woodlands Hills, as Howard Hughes announces an irresistible fall promotion for The Woodlands Hills, one of Houston’s newer award-winning master planned communities located 13 miles north of The Woodlands in Conroe and Willis.

From October 1 through November 30, 2023, buyers of a new home in The Woodlands Hills can receive up to $10,000 in incentives, which can be applied toward closing costs, design upgrades, or off the price of the home. Certain restrictions may apply.

The incentives offered include:

  • $10,000 in incentives for new homes on spacious homesites sized from 65-75 feet.
  • $7,500 in incentives for new homes on homesites sized from 50-60 feet.
  • $5,000 in incentives for new homes on low-maintenance homesites sized up to 45 feet.

The participating builders in The Woodlands Hills include Brightland Homes, Century Communities, Chesmar Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes and Westin Homes. These quality builders offer a diverse selection of beautifully designed one-story, one-and-a-half-story, and two-story single-family homes, priced from the low $300s.

Also, there are several fully constructed new homes that are available for purchase, and more are coming soon.

“This enticing fall promotion presents an optimal opportunity for those who are in the market to purchase a new home,” said Steve Sams, Senior Vice President, Master Planned Communities, Residential – Houston Region for Howard Hughes. “With all of its nature-inspired amenities that encourage a lifestyle centered on health and wellness and connectivity with neighbors, The Woodlands Hills is the perfect choice for your new home and community.”

Positioned among a gently rolling terrain of natural, forested land, The Woodlands Hills will eventually feature approximately 112 acres of open green space including 20 neighborhood parks.

The award-winning 17-acre Founders Park is the community’s hallmark amenity, featuring a 10,600-square-foot Activity Center complete with indoor and outdoor event spaces, a modern fitness center, a resort-style zero-entry pool with a lazy river, a sprayground, a dedicated fitness pool, a dog park, tennis courts, play areas, and interconnected hike-and-bike trails throughout the community.

Seven masterfully-designed parks utilize nature to offer experiences ranging from imaginative play to reflective relaxation.

The Woodlands Hills was recognized as a Quality Planned Development™ by the West Houston Association and North Houston Association in 2021.
