Five growth-filled, neighbor welcoming, successful years ago, on July 19, 2018, the official ribbon was cut marking the highly anticipated launch of The Woodlands Hills, a hidden gem of a master planned community located just 13 miles north of The Woodlands in Conroe and Willis. This past July, residents, Realtors, families, and friends all came together to celebrate the incredible 5th Anniversary of The Woodlands Hills with an exciting Summer Bash, held at the stunning 10,600-square foot community Activity Center in Founders Park and surrounding model home parks.
The event included local food trucks and entertainment featuring live music, a waterslide, mechanical bull, rock climbing, face painting, frozen treats, prizes, plenty of photo ops and so much more. Attendees also had the opportunity to tour all 15 of the community’s beautiful model homes from eight nationally and locally recognized home builders (Brightland Homes, Century Communities, Chesmar Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes, & Westin Homes) with inventory available listing prices from the $300s. With nearly 900 in attendance, the 5th Anniversary Summer Bash was an excellent way to bring together those already living in and loving The Woodlands Hills, and countless new faces seeing for the first time this cherished community that will continue to thrive for years to come.
