Nestled in the nature-rich area of the 17-acre Founders Park in The Woodlands Hills is the Lucy and Gus Dauzat Dog Park. This one-acre gated park offers the perfect outdoor space for residents to bring their furry friends to enjoy a tail-wagging good time with a bit of fetch or romping around and playing with other doggies.Smaller dogs can enjoy a separate gated space dedicated just for their size.

Adorned by towering trees, lush lawns and landscapes, the Lucy and Gus Dauzat Dog Park has several benches for the owners to sit and relax while watching their four-legged friends enjoy themselves. It also features refreshing doggie drinking water stations.

The dog park is named in memory of the late dogs Lucy and Gus, whose pet parents were Roz and Rick Dauzat. The Dauzats won the naming rights in a charitable auction bid donated by The Howard Hughes Corporation that benefited the Montgomery County Community Foundation.
