Sunset Grove blends spaces for playful recreation with areas for quiet relaxation in a beautiful outdoor setting. Divided into two experiences, one section of the park invites peaceful reflection with moveable Adirondack chairs and hammocks strung between colorful posts. A mini bioswale runs through the center, guiding rainwater toward the trees, nurturing the natural landscape. Nearby cornhole boards set the stage for casual gatherings and friendly competition.
A gravel path leads you to the kids’ play zone where active children will find many features to stimulate creative play. A balance boosting obstacle course with varied-height logs helps build balance and coordination, a mini rock-climbing wall boosts strength and confidence, and a two-tier sensory/learning station invites hands-on discovery. A twisty slide adds a dash of thrill, while fox den hang-out swings give friends a place to relax together. An ADA-compliant swing creates a shared spot for playful, inclusive fun for all.
A large pavilion with several picnic tables and an on-site grill makes Sunset Grove a great space for meet ups, birthday parties and family gatherings.
