One of the best master planned communities to purchase a home north of Houston is The Woodlands Hills.

The forested neighborhood offers world-class amenities and homes by some of the best homebuilders in Houston. As The Woodlands Hills’ new Model Home Park is nearing completion, we’ll be showcasing our nine builders and their new model homes with the latest interior designs. Positioning all models in the neighborhood of Painter’s Ridge will give new home seekers everything they need to make a decision – in one central location.

The Woodlands Hills offers unmatched amenities and opportunities to connect with nature and neighbors for a healthier lifestyle. “Whether you are moving to the area for work or school, or from another state, this is one of the best master planned communities on the north side of Houston. Being a Howard Hughes project built with sustainability at the forefront of design adds to the community’s attraction,” offered Christine Ford, Sales Counselor, Brightland Homes.

Ford also suggests that there is always a way to buy down an interest rate. Builders are using incentives so buyers can choose how to use the money. “Brightland is offering sizable incentives to help homebuyers purchase a new home and keep monthly payments down.” In addition, Howard Hughes is offering up to a $10,000 incentive, depending on the size of the lot, when you buy a new home by November 30. Homebuyers can use these incentives toward closing costs, design center upgrades or as a discount off the price of the new home. Certain restrictions may apply.

Formerly Gehan Homes, Brightland Homes in The Woodlands Hills offers two lot sizes 45 and 55 feet. The new Model Home Park will feature their Juniper model, a single-story home with 2,200 square feet of space and a price point starting in the $370s. “The Juniper model is one of our most popular floor plans – offering many options and at a nice price point – it is still very reasonable, making it an attractive home purchase for a wide group of buyers,” said Ford. The standard home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms with a flex space that can turn it into a 3-bed/3-bath home with a study. The single-floor layout makes it a great choice for people who are downsizing or wanting a luxury home in a one story.

A home is a reflection of its owner’s wishes. “Brightland Homes is proud to offer so many ways to personalize your home, either structurally or through design center options, so no two homes will ever look the same,” said Ford. Raising ceilings, including a study, or choosing the owner’s bathroom extension to enlarge both the bathroom and closet are just some of the choices you can make to tailor the home to suit your needs. The Woodlands Hills is a golf cart-friendly neighborhood, making the option of a garage extension a very popular choice, as well.

From the modern exterior, a grand entry with a three-trayed ceiling and modern lighting fixtures leads you to the heart of home. Barley-toned cabinets go to the ceiling, while black granite counter tops continue up the backsplash and wall, making a sleek and dramatic impression.

Large windows in the living space open to a shaded back patio for fun neighborly gatherings. Bringing the outdoors in, the owner’s suite features four large bay windows that look out to the yard and surrounding trees. The master bathroom offers plenty of counter and vanity space, with an oversized shower and a grand walk-in closet you’d expect from a luxury builder.

No matter the floor plan or model you choose, Brightland Homes focuses on the customer experience, providing necessary information along the purchase journey, especially for buyers new to the area, or even those making the purchase from out of state. “Through videos, phone calls, updates through texts and phone calls, we keep customers updated every step of the way,” explained Ford.

New homebuyers have a personalized consult with a Design Center professional who can make suggestions on selections if needed. Prior to meeting, clients are sent an online program as a preview, to go room by room to see the many options available for floor, backsplash and color. Giving homebuyers the ability to see the options of what is available helps set expectations, enabling them to budget correctly.
