It is a New Year, and we are so excited with how The Woodlands Hills has grown. As an award-winning master planned community located 13 miles north of The Woodlands, and within the portfolio of The Howard Hughes Corporation, The Woodlands Hills has attracted many new neighbors who appreciate its beautiful, forested setting and nature-inspired amenities that promote health and wellness. It is only natural that The Woodlands Hills has continued its success as one of the newest master planned communities in the Greater Houston Area.

The Woodlands Hills now features fifteen model homes, from eight local and national homebuilders, including Century Communities, Chesmar Homes, David Weekley, Gehan Homes, Highland Homes, Perry Homes, Ravenna Homes and Westin Homes. These quality builders offer one-, one-and-a-half- and two-story single-family new homes, set on a variety of lot sizes ranging from villas in the Chateau Collection of Chesmar Homes to 75-foot homesites. Homes prices start from the upper $200s. All models are open during business hours for touring and to experience their brilliance with your own eyes!

There are no shortages of places to relax and play with the five community parks including the award-winning Founders Park, Teralyn Woods Park, Sue Luce’s Daisy Park, Roz Dauzat Peace Park, Coach Les Peacock Park, as well as the Lucy and Gus Dauzat Dog Park within Founders Park. Each park has a unique theme and features connected nature trails for hiking and biking. They are among the many amenities in The Woodlands Hills that foster healthy living and well-being, connecting with neighbors, and embracing nature. The community will eventually feature 20 total parks.

The Woodlands Hills Residential Homeowners Association has hosted countless fun activities for residents to enjoy. From movie nights and a summer luau to yoga classes and a pet costume contest, the Activity Center has been bustling with fun. More events are on the horizon, too!

This past November, The Woodlands Hills hosted their 4th annual “Harvest in the Hills” model home tour and fall festival in the community. The dog shows, food trucks, huge prizes, fresh coffee, and multitude of activities drew record crowds to the community. Across both the Realtor and public event dates, attendees were able to tour all 15 open model homes, all while strolling through the streets to partake in the festivities. We are excited to announce this year’s date for Harvest in the Hills will be Saturday, November 4th! See you there.

The Woodlands Hills continues to grow and thrive with a selection of new homes and nature-inspired amenities, keeping an appreciation for nature at the forefront, as The Woodlands Hills welcomes new neighbors, new beginnings, and a fantastic new year.
