- $7,500 in incentives is offered for new homes on homesites, sized from 50-55-feet.
- $5,000 in incentives is offered for new homes on homesites, sized from 40-45-feet.

These quality builders offer one- and two-story single-family homes and patio residences, set on a variety of lot sizes from low-maintenance 40-, 45- and 50-foot homesites to spacious 75-foot homesites. Presenting a diverse assortment, the homes are priced from the $240s to more than the $600s. Certain restrictions may apply.
